Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to support business goals
• Diagnose equipment problems by analyzing test results, machine error messages, and operator feedback
• Perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery parts
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated control systems
• Operate and support industrial refrigeration, boiler, and utility operations
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance records and work orders in SAP or other ERP systems
• Comply with all safety regulations, SOPs, and GMP guidelines to ensure a safe and quality production environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration, high-pressure boilers, and utility operations
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and the ability to read electrical schematics
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends and overtime
• Proficiency with computer-based maintenance planning or ERP platforms (SAP experience is a plus)
