Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle small repairs, maintenance, and improvements, ranging from leaky faucets to furniture repairs
• Monitor technical facilities to ensure all systems run reliably
• Coordinate external service providers and manage facility management tasks
• Perform manual tasks such as painting and silicone work
• Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping team and the Corporate Office in Munich
• Oversee regular maintenance schedules and safety checks in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
• Manage material procurement for technical supplies in consultation with the Hotel Manager

Requirements

• Proven manual dexterity and strong technical understanding
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Ability to efficiently manage and coordinate external service providers
• Hands-on approach to electrical, sanitary, and painting tasks
• Fluency in German; English skills are a plus for interacting with international guests
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• A positive attitude and a sense of humor
