Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform general technical repairs, structural maintenance, and necessary upkeep throughout the hotel
• Regularly inspect the hotel's technical systems and facilities
• Coordinate with external facility management service providers and vendors
• Execute painting and caulking tasks across the property
• Supervise periodic maintenance and specialist inspections of technical and safety systems in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
• Manage the purchase of spare materials and parts within your area of expertise
• Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team and the Munich headquarters

Requirements

• Professional training in HVAC and/or Electrical Engineering
• Several years of professional experience in a similar maintenance role
• Proven experience in vendor management and coordinating external services
• Strong general technical skills, including plumbing, electricity, and painting
• Fluency in both Italian and English
• Ability to interact professionally with international guests and respond to their requests
