Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle small repairs and maintenance tasks, ranging from fixing leaky faucets to repairing furniture
• Monitor technical facilities to ensure all systems run reliably and safely
• Coordinate and supervise external service providers for facility management tasks
• Perform manual tasks including painting and silicone work
• Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping team and the Corporate Office in Munich
• Oversee regular maintenance schedules and safety checks in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
• Manage material procurement for technical supplies in consultation with the Hotel Manager

Requirements

• Proven manual dexterity and a strong technical understanding
• Several years of professional experience in a similar maintenance or facility role
• Ability to work independently and solve practical problems effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Fluency in German is required; English skills are highly desirable
• A completed apprenticeship in HKLS (Heating, Cooling, Sanitary) or Electrical engineering is a plus, but practical experience is prioritized
