Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle small repairs and maintenance tasks, ranging from fixing leaky faucets to repairing furniture
• Monitor technical installations and ensure all systems run reliably
• Coordinate with external service providers and manage facility management tasks
• Perform manual tasks such as painting and silicone work
• Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping team and the Corporate Office
• Oversee regular maintenance schedules and safety checks in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
• Manage the procurement of necessary maintenance materials in consultation with the Hotel Manager

Requirements

• Proven manual dexterity and strong technical understanding
• Previous professional experience in a similar maintenance or facility role
• Hands-on approach to electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in German is required; English skills are highly desirable
• A positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to work well in a team
