Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and investigation of mechanical and electrical equipment failures.
• Complete industrial machinery repairs and parts replacements while managing necessary tools and supplies.
• Provide electrical and instrumentation support to ensure safe and effective production.
• Install, maintain, and calibrate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), transmitters, controllers, and plant safety systems.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities to support proactive maintenance strategies.
• Adhere to established safety, quality, and environmental standards to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 2-year degree, relevant certification, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with automated equipment.
• Proficient knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), specifically Siemens.
• Experience with Endress+Hauser instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with welding, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveying systems.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
