Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide facility maintenance support for the Mequon, Wisconsin location to ensure a safe and functional environment.
• Perform plumbing repairs including faucets, valves, pipes, and custom machine plumbing.
• Execute general electrical repairs for lighting, production machines, and building equipment using tools like Fluke meters.
• Conduct carpentry work for wooden fixtures, doors, walls, and furniture repairs.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance for production equipment and building mechanicals.
• Read and interpret prints and mechanical drawings for building layouts and expansion projects.
• Operate aerial lifts and industrial forklifts.
• Utilize SAP and Maintain software to manage work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate and oversee service contractors for specialized facility needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to operate aerial lifts and forklifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience in a related facility maintenance field.
• Experience overseeing capital projects, construction, or specialized service contractors.
• Welding skills (stick and wire) for machine repair and custom fabrication.
• Experience installing and maintaining compressed air lines.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and environmental regulations.
