Maintenance Technician Refrigeration/Air Conditioning

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and conductive maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems in industrial environments
• Diagnose and resolve faults in HVAC-R equipment including chillers, VRV/VRF, rooftops, UTAs, fan coils, and splits
• Execute inspections, adjustments, and minor repairs in refrigeration circuits such as leak detection and pressure control
• Verify operating parameters including temperatures, pressures, and consumption to propose improvements
• Prepare work reports and maintenance logs recording interventions and materials used
• Coordinate with technical teams and clients to plan shutdowns and prioritize incidents
• Support general facility maintenance tasks when not performing HVAC-specific work

Requirements

• Vocational training as a Technician in Assembly and Maintenance of Cold, Air Conditioning, and Heat Production installations
• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles
• Desirable RITE installer license or fluorinated gases certificate
