Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties
• Maintain safe, tidy, and sanitary common areas including clubhouse, office, and hallways
• Oversee apartment turnovers and ensure best possible appearance prior to move-in
• Respond appropriately to emergencies according to policies and procedures
• Maintain landscaping and ensure property is free of trash and debris
• Communicate maintenance or curb appeal issues to the Supervisor or Property Manager

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Ability to work 8-10 hour standing shifts
• Strong attention to detail and basic maintenance skills
• Excellent customer service skills
