Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technical equipment
• Intervene on electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and carpentry installations
• Ensure the proper functioning of technical spaces and building installations
• Carry out repairs in guest rooms, common areas, and technical zones
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Participate in technical controls and internal/external audits
• Respond quickly to intervention requests from operational teams and guests
• Manage material and tool stocks and track interventions

Requirements

• Technical training in maintenance, electrotechnics, building, or equivalent
• Experience in technical maintenance, ideally in hospitality or building sector
• Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, or general building maintenance
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment requiring reactivity and versatility
• Proficiency in French; notions of English are appreciated
• Strong sense of service and customer relations
