Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technical equipment, including electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning
• Carry out necessary repairs in guest rooms, common areas, and technical zones
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in technical audits
• Respond quickly to intervention requests from operational teams and guests
• Manage material stocks and maintain traceability of all completed interventions

Requirements

• Technical training in maintenance, electrotechnics, or building management (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, or BTS)
• Solid knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning systems
• Fluency in French and basic English skills for interacting with international guests
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong sense of service, rigor, and teamwork
