Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate
• Lead mechanical changeovers on production equipment to minimize downtime
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly
• Repair or replace defective parts and coordinate with procurement for spare parts
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines
• Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel

Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• High attention to detail to ensure safety and quality standards
• Physical stamina to remain active throughout a full shift
• Ability to work 3rd shift (Sunday night through Thursday night, 11pm to 7:30am)
