Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders for appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, gate systems, pools, and general repairs
• Prepare vacant units to ensure apartments are fully rent-ready
• Maintain facilities and inventory by managing parts stock and keeping amenity spaces operational
• Provide resident support through professional communication and timely issue resolution
• Handle administrative tasks including logging service requests and updating databases
• Uphold community standards and company policies

Requirements

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience, ideally in apartment communities
• Ability to obtain refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) within 90 days
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing 40-ft ladders
• Ability to move heavy equipment such as appliances and laundry machines
