About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, amenity upkeep, and unit turns
- Complete work orders for appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, gates, and pools
- Maintain organized shop inventory and update logbooks and databases
- Monitor contractor performance and support budget goals
- Provide professional customer service to residents
- Perform cleaning and upkeep of models, offices, clubhouses, and grounds
Requirements
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience (apartment maintenance preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to use hand tools, test equipment, and ladders up to 40 ft
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50–300+ lbs
