Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests including repairs to appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, gates, pools, and general community facilities
• Respond to emergency calls during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prepare vacant units to make apartments rent-ready
• Maintain facilities and inventory by keeping shops organized and stocking parts
• Provide resident support through professional communication and addressing complaints
• Handle administrative tasks such as logging service requests and monitoring vendor performance

Requirements

• 1-3 years maintenance experience
• Refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) required or must be obtained within 90 days
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy equipment up to 300 lbs
• Ability to climb 40-ft ladders and work at heights
