About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance requests including repairs to appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, gates, pools, and general community facilities
- Respond to emergency calls during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prepare vacant units to make apartments rent-ready
- Maintain facilities and inventory by keeping shops organized and stocking parts
- Provide resident support through professional communication and addressing complaints
- Handle administrative tasks such as logging service requests and monitoring vendor performance
Requirements
- 1-3 years maintenance experience
- Refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) required or must be obtained within 90 days
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy equipment up to 300 lbs
- Ability to climb 40-ft ladders and work at heights
