Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall repairs
• Diagnose and repair in-home issues such as HVAC malfunctions and appliance repairs
• Maintain detailed records of all tasks performed using Breezeway
• Communicate work progress in Breezeway to ensure accurate tracking of billable items and hours
• Conduct assigned inspections of homes to identify potential maintenance issues proactively
• Assist other maintenance technicians by providing guidance and support
• Coordinate with coworkers to ensure seamless operations and collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance, preferably within the vacation rental industry
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
• Experience in leading a team of technicians
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
