Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall repairs
• Diagnose and repair in-home issues such as HVAC malfunctions and appliance repairs
• Maintain detailed records of all tasks and communicate work progress using Breezeway
• Conduct assigned inspections of homes to identify and proactively address potential maintenance issues
• Assist and provide guidance to other maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality work
• Coordinate with coworkers to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience
• Experience in leading a team of technicians
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the vacation rental industry
