Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on equipment to minimize production downtime
• Execute corrective and preventative maintenance per assigned schedules
• Fabricate, manufacture, or assemble items based on blueprints, sketches, or schematics
• Rebuild complex machinery such as gearboxes and motors
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and report usage via CMMS software
• Proactively manage safety by ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and internal regulations
• Uphold food safety and quality standards, including SQF 2000 principles

Requirements

• Advanced skills as an industrial mechanic or industrial electrician
• Previous experience in manufacturing maintenance
• Intermediate proficiency in welding, plumbing, and electrical repair
• Experience with instrumentation and pneumatic/hydraulic system repair
• Proficiency using CMMS (Maintenance Management Software)
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
• Ability to read complex instructions and technical schematics
