Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment at scheduled intervals
• Analyze mechanical and operational problems and implement corrective actions
• Make necessary adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality standards
• Execute equipment changeovers to new sizes during non-production windows
• Test equipment operation and clear jams to minimize downtime
• Examine and measure products using gauges and instruments to ensure quality specifications
• Repair and adjust small machines, including drill presses, punch presses, and hand tools
• Work from technical drawings, sketches, specifications, and instruction manuals

Requirements

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven knowledge of skilled trades and manufacturing practices
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical computation skills
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work the 3rd shift onsite in Hamilton, OH
