Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and service documentation
• Support and execute the preventive maintenance program
• Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory to ensure equipment readiness
• Ensure compliance with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and workplace safety requirements
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the workshop and assigned work areas
• Liaise with equipment vendors and service providers when required
• Assist with the maintenance and repair of pressure testing equipment, cranes, compressors, and other production equipment
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company Quality and HSE Management Systems

Requirements

• High School Certificate, Higher NITEC, or equivalent technical qualification
• Recognized apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Maintenance Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/night) and overtime when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified crane and forklift operator
