Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in automated equipment
• Adjust and replace electrical sensors for assembly machines
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment cleaning
• Execute machine changeovers and tooling replacements
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and schematics
• Use metal working equipment including calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators
• Manage facility startup/shutdown and emergency generator changeovers

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with 2 years of PLC repair experience OR High School Diploma with 6 years of PLC repair experience
• 3-5 years of manufacturing industry experience
• Knowledge of pneumatics, ladder logic, and basic electrical systems
• Proficiency with PLC equipment
• Forklift and scissor lift certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding experience
• Machinery repair experience
