Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on atomization equipment, including vacuum pumps, cooling water systems, and powder screening equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize production downtime
• Maintain and support plant environmental systems, including air filtration and ventilation
• Install, test, and commission new equipment in compliance with safety standards
• Utilize the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to manage daily work orders
• Partner with engineers and operators to diagnose root-cause failures and implement corrective actions
• Manage maintenance parts inventory, including ordering and stocking

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience
• High school diploma or GED (equivalent work experience may be considered)
• Proven mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble and disassemble mechanical systems
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Hands-on skills in basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical wiring
