Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines
• Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications to complete maintenance tasks
• Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Troubleshoot malfunctions
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a production floor environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Welding and pipe fitting experience
• Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• PLC experience
