Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the mechanical/electrical performance of automated production machines used in glass manufacturing
• Maintain and observe machine operation to ensure high-quality glass production
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs in a safe and efficient manner
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to increase equipment run time
• Assist management with root cause analysis during equipment failures

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling high-speed production machinery
• Proficiency with industrial electrical equipment, CNC, PLCs, drivers, and motors
• Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
