Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and electrical performance of automated production machines used in glass manufacturing
• Maintain and observe machine operations to ensure high-quality glass production
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine necessary adjustments or repairs
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, including replacing defective parts and installing functional components
• Stop and repair machines immediately upon detection of malfunctions

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling high-speed production machinery
• Experience with industrial electrical equipment, PLCs, drivers, and motors
• Mechanical and electrical experience with the ability to read electrical schematics
• Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems with hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with CMMS systems
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and various shifts as needed
