About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain over 350,000 square feet and 13 acres of grounds for facilities in Havre and Harlem, MT
- Perform maintenance and repair of boilers, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire alarm/sprinkler systems
- Execute snow removal and grounds maintenance
- Ensure fire and life safety compliance and follow risk management best practices
- Perform general construction and labor tasks
Requirements
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and refrigeration
- Ability to shovel snow and perform heavy lifting
- Valid MT driver's license with a clean record
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
