Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventative, proactive, and predictive maintenance on production equipment
• Conduct electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair
• Identify and analyze the root cause of equipment malfunctions and failures
• Implement electrical and mechanical design changes to improve efficiency
• Execute assigned work orders and documentation with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, fall protection, and NFPA 70e

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or a two-year technical degree/certification
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends and overtime as required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electrical and motor controls troubleshooting (24vdc, 120vac, 480vac)
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and basic programming
• Experience with robot path and logic programming, troubleshooting, and repair
• Skills in metal fabrication, mechanical assembly, welding, and finishing
• Basic machine shop skills, including the use of micrometers, lathes, and mills
