Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and service cooling equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Replace faulty parts such as motors, sensors, relays, switches, and actuators
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Read electrical wiring diagrams and technical drawings
• Test equipment and verify proper operation after repairs
• Complete service reports after each visit
• Provide professional customer service onsite
• Travel to customer locations as needed

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience repairing electrical and mechanical equipment
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, HVAC, manufacturing, or automation systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Experience working on 200-440V electrical equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC equipment or industrial maintenance
• Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment
• Experience with motors, sensors, actuators, servos, pumps, or compressors
• Experience with data center cooling systems
• Technical degree, trade school, or vocational training
