Maintenance Technician, Multifamily

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs to ensure high-quality move-ins.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain property grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to ensure they are clean, safe, and operational.
• Perform maintenance tasks involving plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Report maintenance concerns regarding vacant units, models, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in on-call scheduling to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain company tools and equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent technical/vocational training.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's license.
• EPA 608 Type II certification.
• CPO or local city required certificate.
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and walking for extended periods.
