Maintenance Technician (Mobile/Construction Equipment)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and curative maintenance on the entire fleet of mobile equipment
• Diagnose, identify causes, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures
• Control, adjust, maintain, and replace parts for mobile machinery according to established schedules
• Verify intervention compliance by conducting performance tests and trials
• Oversee subcontractor work to ensure compliance with specifications and quotes
• Maintain and ensure the functionality of all equipment safety devices in accordance with company safety standards

Requirements

• Background in maintenance for public works (TP) and quarry equipment, or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Technical mastery of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, boilermaking (chaudronnerie), and welding
• Manual dexterity, precision, and speed of execution
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make effective decisions in the field
• Rigorous, autonomous, and able to strictly apply Health & Safety standards
