Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas
• Complete maintenance service requests and apartment turnovers
• Perform appliance repairs, painting, and general upkeep
• Handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work
• Take emergency on-call calls as part of a rotation

Requirements

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property
• Experience in all trades including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Customer service attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work on-call rotation
• Consent to audio recordings during work duties
