Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests
• Perform appliance repairs and painting
• Manage apartment turnovers
• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas
• Take emergency after-hour calls

Requirements

• Experience in various trades
• Customer service focus
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Availability for emergency after-hour calls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing
• Experience with electrical
