Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs
• Perform apartment turnovers, painting, and general repairs
• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas
• Respond to emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation

Requirements

• Experience in all trades including plumbing, electrical, and A/C
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for on-call rotation
• Customer service focus and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property
