Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Safely work with 460V, 220V, 120VAC, and 24VDC circuits
• Maintain motors, belts, chains, bearings, and drives
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and PLCs
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot network cabling, I/O devices, and PC-based systems
• Support continuous improvement on the production floor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in facilities or industrial maintenance
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and climb throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic PLC and controls experience
• Experience with computer and network troubleshooting
