Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical and mechanical problem-solving on process and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul equipment with precision, maintaining close tolerances
• Conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM)
• Support Operations with equipment setup, changeovers, and operator training in Autonomous Maintenance
• Document Work Orders accurately using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP-PPM)
• Comply with Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), Confined Space protocols, and all Plant Safety and GMP standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience and/or a Technical degree or trade certification
• Fundamental understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of hydraulic and/or pneumatic schematics
• Proficiency in MS Office and email software
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 10-50 lbs, climbing stairs, and working in various temperatures

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or technical trade certification
• Previous experience in food manufacturing
• Fabrication and welding experience
• PLC and instrumentation troubleshooting skills
