Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment including hydraulic presses, chillers, compressors, and filtration systems
• Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled systems, electrical components, and pneumatic systems
• Conduct condition monitoring such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and oil sampling
• Troubleshoot mechanical components including drives, servos, relays, sensors, and conveyors
• Support the installation, alignment, and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades
• Maintain facilities and utilities including HVAC, compressed air, and water systems
• Document all maintenance activities and close work orders within the CMMS
• Adhere to all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Arc Flash requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in maintenance, electrical, or a related field
• Experience with PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting (Allen Bradley/Siemens)
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as SAP PM or eMaint
• Certifications in HVAC, automation, or electrical systems
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
