Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform complex routine maintenance on plant equipment and implement preventative techniques
• Diagnose and repair breakdowns related to machinery, utility services, and building structures
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to maintain engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyor systems
• Specify necessary tools, parts, and surplus stock to minimize operational downtime
• Adhere to 5S standards, safety, environmental, and quality policies
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and fully

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4 to 6 years of maintenance experience
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Ability to interpret work instructions and follow written/verbal directions

Preferred Qualifications

• Comprehensive working knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, and fluid dynamic applications
• Experience driving powered industrial equipment
• Powered industrial equipment certification
