Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, corrective, autonomous, and planned maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure maximum availability.
• Perform equipment model changes and technical maintenance activities.
• Register all maintenance activities and spare parts used in the system to maintain accurate equipment history for statistical analysis.
• Conduct root cause analysis on maintenance orders to implement actions that prevent failure recurrence.
• Comply with all safety policies, standards, and procedures established by the company.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree (Preparatoria or Carrera Técnica).
• Degree in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Machine Tools, or a related technical field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably within the electronics industry.
• Technical knowledge in electronics, industrial electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Proficiency in PLC programming.
