Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor maintenance processes through established programs for facility interventions and cleanroom environments
• Monitor and correct energy usage, combustion, and air conditioning temperature levels via daily inspections
• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, machinery, and installations
• Review and execute work orders generated through the SIM platform to ensure continuous facility operation
• Diagnose and locate equipment malfunctions or dysfunctions based on symptoms and historical data following safety protocols
• Manage and optimize spare parts inventory to maintain minimum required levels for facility maintenance
• Supervise external providers during site visits to oversee activities and assist in problem-solving

Requirements

• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery
• Ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions and follow technical safety protocols
• Experience monitoring environmental controls such as temperature and energy levels
• Proficiency in managing spare parts inventory and coordinating with external vendors
