Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and reliable operation of the production facility through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities including turnaround planning and mechanical work cost estimation
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment such as centrifugal pumps and compressors
• Support equipment reliability through PRD maintenance, vibration data collection, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Support compliance-related inspections and adhere to safety and environmental requirements
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Manage plant materials, equipment, spare parts, and consumable inventories

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Proven experience installing and repairing industrial mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, valves)
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and asset management systems like Infor EAM or ProCal
• Ability to travel approximately 10% to support regional facilities
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and access elevated equipment via ladders or man-lifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a mechanical-related field
• Ten years of industrial maintenance experience
