Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and adjust all plant machinery and equipment, including mixers and production tools
• Perform facility maintenance tasks involving basic plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Diagnose and repair industrial equipment and forklift breakdowns
• Inspect machinery, replace parts, and fabricate new equipment when necessary
• Execute Lockout-Tagout procedures and follow safety protocols for hazardous waste and emergency response
• Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks and maintain accurate downtime records
• Manage parts ordering and coordinate with other maintenance shifts regarding equipment concerns

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of professional maintenance experience
• Proficiency using electrical testing equipment, such as multimeters and circuit testers
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and training abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
