Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and decommissioning of hotel rooms and accommodations
• Diagnose faults across electrical, plumbing, heating, sanitary, SPA, and locksmith installations
• Execute necessary repairs and maintenance
• Maintain sanitary installations including pipes, siphons, faucets, and aerators
• Perform minor works in plastering, painting, carpentry, flooring, and wall coverings
• Maintain premises, employee housing, and tools
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventories for electrical, pool, and sanitary supplies
• Prepare purchase orders for management validation
• Organize work based on priorities and instructions
• Ensure intervention areas are kept clean and organized
• Act as a safety relay for buildings, installations, staff, and guests
• Ensure emergency exits remain clear and functional
