Maintenance Technician L2

Responsibilities

• Perform curative and preventive maintenance to ensure production processes run smoothly and reliably
• Analyze and diagnose the causes of equipment malfunctions to implement effective remedies
• Modify or improve equipment to enhance reliability, maintainability, and ease of maintenance operations
• Execute all preventive maintenance actions autonomously to prevent equipment failure
• Write detailed reports regarding all technical interventions and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949), EHS standards (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001), and 5S methodologies
• Propose improvements to machine performance and follow up on anomalies detected by operators

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or technical fields
• 3 years of professional experience in a similar maintenance role
• Fluency in English
