Maintenance Technician

Knauf Industries is a division of the Knauf Group, specializing in the design and manufacture of packaging, insulation, and technical components. We are experts in foam molding, plastic injection, extrusion, and thermoforming, serving the food, automotive, industrial, and construction markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance actions according to the schedule
• Carry out curative maintenance operations autonomously
• Participate in the installation of new equipment and continuous site improvement
• Report on the status of machinery and infrastructure to management
• Monitor and control installations
• Propose improvements to production means to reduce maintenance costs and minimize downtime

Requirements

• Successful first experience in an industrial environment
• Versatile skills in electricity, mechanics, welding (TIG AC/DC, ARC, and torch), hydraulics, and/or pneumatics
• Bac Pro Maintenance des Équipements Industriels (MEI) or equivalent
• Ability to work in a 2x8 shift pattern (morning: 8:00-15:30, afternoon: 13:30-21:00)
