Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform overall maintenance of the property
• Handle resident service requests and apartment turns
• Respond to emergency on-call requests
• Provide superior customer service to residents

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with basic residential repairs
• Basic HVAC knowledge
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall
• Appliance repair skills
• Valid driver's license for travel between sites
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Availability for emergency on-call rotation
