About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot industrial machinery, including robotic welding stations and presses up to 1,200 tons
  • Perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning, oiling, greasing, and inspecting machinery for defects
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic system faults
  • Set up robotic welding stations by operating and retrieving computer programs
  • Perform basic mechanical work, pipe fitting, and arc welding
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cycle times
  • Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and maintain accurate maintenance documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a relevant trade
  • Proven experience in assembly and manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of robotics and welding manufacturing machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
