Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on high-speed packaging lines
• Demonstrate technical capabilities on control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, and PLCs
• Lead process improvement initiatives by performing root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment issues
• Assist operators with daily adjustments, setups, and change overs
• Use machine tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices to modify machinery as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in the maintenance database and inventory systems
• Comply with all safety, quality (SQF, GMP, HACCP), and delivery standards

Requirements

• 3 years of related manufacturing maintenance experience
• Proficient mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and understand complex instructions, prints, flowcharts, and schematics
• Ability to use precision testing and diagnostic equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on a frequent basis
• Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and kneel for the duration of a shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of an Industrial Maintenance Degree or certificate
• Experience with robotics
