About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform Level II preventive maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure production continuity
- Execute mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation troubleshooting and repairs
- Conduct diagnostics and component replacements to resolve technical issues
- Support the implementation of new production lines, including equipment testing and commissioning
- Participate in the reception and installation of new equipment from suppliers
- Document all interventions and maintenance activities within the Maximo CMMS
- Propose and implement improvements for quality, productivity, and safety
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment usage and provide technical training
Requirements
- Degree (BTS/DUT) in industrial maintenance or an equivalent technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated industrial environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems
- Solid communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration
- Experience with Maximo CMMS is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in English is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data to implement innovative maintenance solutions
- Proven track record of maintaining high safety standards while managing complex machinery
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
