Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility equipment and the physical plant in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance according to prescribed schedules
• Adhere to Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Follow established safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment and avoid injuries
• Ensure regular and punctual attendance and provide coverage for both Kentfield Marin and San Francisco locations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in a building or mechanical field
• Ability to travel between Kentfield Marin and San Francisco locations
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Ability to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area before starting work

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrician and/or other maintenance certifications
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in maintenance functions
