Maintenance Technician JR

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance and equipment setup
• Monitor equipment performance to detect and solve problems, ensuring continuous improvement
• Inspect production machinery and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
• Execute maintenance activities in accordance with the established preventive maintenance plan
• Troubleshoot and adjust inverters and PLCs
• Install and maintain factory and administrative equipment, including electrical networks and measuring instruments
• Manage internal maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with NR10 and NR12 standards
• Request parts procurement or external repairs when necessary
• Create sketches for replacement parts and follow up on quotes and drawings

Requirements

• Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot inverters and PLCs
• Knowledge of NR10 and NR12 safety compliance standards
• Experience with equipment setup and machinery inspection
